Breathe & Bloom

Stretch, breathe, and reset with Breathe & Bloom on the farm. Join Lauren Bocka for a gentle, deeply intentional yoga flow that encourages a slower way of being. This slow flow practice will leave you feeling both grounded and open as you ease tension from the body. Yoga will start promptly at 6:10 (plan to arrive at 6pm). Bring your own yoga mat (towels work too!) and water. After the yoga session you will have until 8:00pm to pick your flowers and enjoy the space. If it rains, we will move yoga into the barn. This event does not include education about the farm and flowers, but all materials necessary for cutting flowers will be available.

What's included in your ticket:

• 60 minute yoga session
• flowers you cut yourself, that I will wrap into a bouquet for you
• time to walk around the flowers

Event Details & Reminders:

• Each attendee must have their own ticket (ages 18+ only). Tickets are $45 per person.
• This is a working farm with uneven ground, be prepared.
  
• All workshops are rain or shine.
• All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. However, if you can’t make it and want to send a friend in your place, just send us an email, we would be happy to switch that for you. We do not offer credits if you cancel on your own or don't show for the event. Should we have to cancel for extreme weather, you will receive a credit for future Toad Hill Blooms purchases: flowers, shares, or workshops.
• No dogs, or other pets, allowed.
• While our farm is not fully handicap accessible, we will try our best to accommodate everyone interested in the farm. Please reach out to mollie@toadhillblooms.com if you have specific questions. 
• Photos taken at the event may be used for Toad Hill Blooms’ website, social media, and future marketing.
