2026 Full Season Share

Experience the full beauty of the growing season with our Full-Season Flower Share. Every other week for five months, you’ll pick up a lush bouquet bursting with fresh flowers grown right here on our farm. This share includes exclusive early-season tulip bouquets (not available in any of our other shares) along with farm favorites like peonies, lisianthus, sunflowers, dahlias, and so much more as the season unfolds.

Enjoy the best of Toad Hill Blooms from spring’s first color to autumn’s final flourish—beautiful, local flowers, freshly harvested and thoughtfully arranged, all season long.

This Flower Share runs for 12 weeks, starting in May and running bi-weekly to October. Exact dates will be announced and emailed with at least a month's notice as we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. Pick up will always be between 8am and 6pm on Wednesdays on the farm in Fairport. Please reach out if this timeframe doesn't work for you and we can try to coordinate.

If giving this as a gift please record the persons name and email address in the notes box at checkout.  We won't spoil the surprise though, they won't be notified until the spring in order to coordinate pick ups.

Full Season Share: 12 weeks, Wednesday pick-up on the farm - 4692 Carter Rd Fairport, NY between 8am and 6pm.

Pick up dates: tentatively May 13th and 27th, June 10th and 24th, July 8th and 22nd, August 5th and 19th, September 2nd, 16th, and 30th, and October 14th.

Any changes to this will be notified to you via the email provided at checkout, as well as a reminder email with pick-up information.
